You Don’t Need Another AI Tool

It starts innocently.

A new AI tool drops on Product Hunt.
“10x your productivity,” it promises.
You click. Sign up. Try it once. Maybe twice.

Then another tool drops. And another.

Before long, your browser is drowning in open tabs, your folders cluttered with half-finished exports, and your workflow? More chaotic than ever.

It’s not that the tools are bad.
It’s that the stack has no shape.
No rhythm. No structure.

After testing more tools than I care to admit, I noticed a pattern.
All my projects — writing, design, strategy — followed the same arc:

  1. I’d think.
    Ask questions. Brainstorm. Strategize.
    (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Perplexity…)
  2. Then I’d create.
    Draft, design, generate assets.
    (Figma AI, Midjourney, Jasper…)
  3. Finally, I’d ship.
Polish. Publish. Share it with the world.
    (Framer AI, Descript, Beehiiv…)

That was it.
Three phases.
Three types of tools.
Nothing more.

Most creators don’t need more AI tools.
They need a better relationship with the ones they already use.

A lean stack. Built around how they think, work, and deliver.

Think → Create → Ship.
That’s the loop.
Learn it, and you’ll stop feeling overwhelmed.

If you’ve been feeling buried under tool fatigue, maybe it’s time to reset.

Not with more tools. But with a better system.
